Nancy Hardwick
• A resident of Cedar Hill Texas for 15 years, she has been in Real Estate since 1991. She started her career in Land Sales in San Antonio/Austin area's “Texas Hill Country”, where she became the Top Sales Producer for Patton Corporation. Selling 58 properties her first year.
• Nancy moved to Dallas in December of 1992, where she continued to be the Top Sales Producer for Patton/Bluegreen Corporation 2 of the 3 years she was in Sales.
• In 1994 Nancy became the Sales and Project Manager in charge of Sales, Marketing and Development for Lake Ridge at Joe Pool Lake. Under her leadership, Sales and Corporate Experience, Lake Ridge out sold all other Bluegreen Corporation offices nationwide. Selling over $100,000,000.00 in Property during her 8 years there as Sales and Project Manager. Nancy was responsible for naming a majority of the streets, pricing of the lots, and was a consultant for the surveying of the land. Nancy may have more collective knowledge about Lake Ridge than anybody else involved with it today.
• In June 2002, Nancy was recruited to be Sales and Project Manager for Stallion Lake Ranch in East Texas for Texas Land and Lakes. Upon completion of this project, she returned to Cedar Hill and the Lake Ridge Area in March of 2004.
• She is now specializing in the re-sales of lots and acreage at Lake Ridge at Joe Pool Lake. From 2004 -2010 Nancy has re-sold over $18 Million Dollars in property making her the top re-sale land sales companies at Lake Ridge.
